Join us on a feeding tour during the summer holidays and discover the rare animal breeds in the Zuiderzee village. You can join us every weekend in July and August. On Saturdays and Sundays, our museum guide heads into the museum village to feed the animals – and you’re welcome to come along!
Along the way, meet the goats, sheep, chickens and pigs that live in the museum. Watch them eat, hear their stories and discover what makes these special breeds so unique. Did you know that some of these animals have been found in the Zuiderzee region for centuries?
The feeding tour isn’t just fun to watch, but also educational for young and old alike. Feel free to ask questions – our museum guide will be happy to tell you more about the animals’ behaviour and care.
