Marretje Seagull, keeper of all the animals

Looking for a museum visit that is oodles of fun for children? Set off on a journey of discovery with our seagull Marretje through the exhibition ‘A Sea of Stories’. Marretje is a curious, talking seagull with an important job: he makes sure all the museum animals are well looked after. And he could really do with your help.

Along the way, you’ll be given short, playful tasks that get children involved and invite parents to join in too. Who can moo like a cow best, for example? That’s how you’ll explore the exhibition together. The tour lasts up to an hour and can be done at your own pace.
